I got my test level checked but the day before the test I had sex with wife would that make the test level higher because my body is producing more sperm?

I would say bustin will not lower your test at ALL..

Otherwise after pounding the wife for 3 weeks straight I would have ZERO test..

When I go for me TRT blood work my doctor tells me not to do my wife before hand because of this, but we all know doctors don't know everything! Even when they think they do

Actually, for a good medical reason if the labs include a PSA test (which it should). You should not ejaculate (pretty much covers most forms of sex) within 24-48 hours of the blood draw. Ejaculation may artificially increase PSA and give you a false positive on the blood test.
