I was diagnosed with hashimoto at 24 and my thyroid was 90% eaten from autoimmune thyroditis already (likely had it since teens).
Autoimmune disease is linked to estrogen dominance and that's why is prevalent among women. When I pin strong androgens like Tren, it seems to suppress thyroiditis markers, lymph nodes on side of neck shrink, blood counts improve, etc.
I've also found fish oil to be a strong aid against this disease. Are you supplementing with omega3s? Another recommended supp is high dose D3.
I take 125mcg T4 + 12.5mcg T3 currently.
For most ppl, returning TSH into optimal range (1-1.5) provides already of a big improvement. But for me, the inflammatory process is severe enough a suppressed TSH of 0 is not enough. That means I need to manage it through diet and supp no matter hormone replacement.
