Over 50 test cycle

I am 54 yrs old and on trt. I take 200 mg every 10 days. I would like to go on a test cypionate cycle and increase my dosage to 500mg a week.
At that level do I need an AI and if so how much anastrazole should I take? Also, do I need to take something to protect my liver? Thanks in advance.

The guys above answered your direct question. My question to you is that if you self inject why not split your dose to 100 mgs every 5 days. You'll have much more stable levels with less of a spike in E2. Test has a half-life of about 5 days or so, metabolism dependent so as you near the 10 day mark your levels are in the toilet. It's a roller coaster effect normally prescribed by docs who don't understand half-lives.

Split it up, you'll feel better all around.
