    Thanks for the reply. With me not being on an AI, would getting my bloods done when test is lowest effect my E2 levels? As in if my test is higher for first two days after injection E2 should be higher as well. I may be over thinking this, but if I have high e2 I want to get it taken care of.

    Yes, you probably are over thinking it. It's a bit early to be worrying about high E2. It will fluctuate with the same rhythm as your T levels since it is a downstream hormone derived from T. Many guys get overly paranoid of E2 and end up crushing it down to levels that are too low. Men need E2 too for normal sexual function. Without it, you'll have a major case of ED.

    If your doc has prescribed a reasonable dose, and you are injecting on a 3.5 day schedule, chances of having too high of E2 are pretty remote.
