Blasting with high blood pressure

Hi, I was planning on blasting soon. My first blast. I'm on TRT for health reasons. However.... my blood pressure is 144 over 110.
Is this an issue?

YES,,thats an issue. That's way to high!! Your going to destroy your heart and organs if you continue letting it
stay out of a safe range. Ideally you want 120/70 or as close to that as possible
