My calves suck... they measure 15" which is pathetic. But I train them harder than any other body part and just can't seem to grow them. As nach pointed out, I think my best body part is my arms.... last cycle I put almost 2" on them. I put a ton of thickness on my back but I believe I have crappy insertion points so they don't look wide from the front. I naturally have decent traps so I don't go crazy on them.
I'm definitely open to suggestions on what to improve and how to do it.
