Was just reading about keto diet not being good for diabetics and I am diabetic.i used to do a diet gradually lowering carbs,Monday was 200 g ,Tuesday was 100 g Wednesday was 25 g and then start over Thursday through Saturday and Sunday was a carb reload day.i was lifting 6 days a week and cardio every day at the time.im a little bummed cause the keto diet sounds great,but not worth dying over.any thoughts on a good diet to ramp up fat burning?thanks
