No youre completely right. I say i dont like taking shortcuts but there ive went ans done it.

Last dose of ecy this morning. Its so easy just to take 3 stims and lose the fat.

I lost 20lbs in a month on keto however i didnt feel healthy. I will continue to just putting in the effort with the cardio.

Thanks for the slap across the head, i needed that.

Its easy to forget you guys have been at this since before ive been born and wish i looked massive and shredded over summer.
