I'm really not sure if I would go down the route of ECA at your stage to be honest, I think learning and understanding about your body and how it changes with different foods and diets would be a better approach than a drug what can knock your appetite right off which isn't the key of any goal imho. If you pack on some timber when you eat bad stop eating bad and don't reply on a drug to compensate for it, I would go down learning from this and adjusting things weather this is through a keto/carb cycling or just a deficit via cardio or any of the other ways you can approach this. We always look at drugs as a means to our gaols but someone from what your going through I'd be as clean as possible and learn because you truly have come along way not only by adding muscle tissue to your frame but mentally you have aged and gained a lot of knowledge but again I understand the frustration and believe me I really do
