Wrapped up a beginners test cycle, followed the recommended pct protocols and got my bloodwork back, and my pregesterone levels are down and my estrogens are high....
Any reason why this may be happening?

As estrogen climbs pg drops. That's how it works. Your hormones are in flux right now, give it time to balance out. Also, the only test you need for E2 is a Sensitive Assay.
