I swear to god I'll never take bulking for granted again haha. I tell you sometimes I find myself fantasizing about being a power lifter.. and just eating whatever the hell I want whenever I want lol.
Due to how physically active I am I can do this without getting too fat. But I don't eat stupidly much or low quality foods. E.g 1lb cured salmon or 1lb ribeye not uncommon. Had a rough time adapting to cutting in the competitions start and cheated with carbs just to handle the day lol.

Re: satiation, consider more filling and nutrient dense foods.Try some lentils with kale. The fiber helps. I use pesto too and mix it for a salad. Low carb moderate fat high protein (chicken breast). With the kale you can fill your stomach and with the fiber you can keep it full a bit longer. Could eat a ton of green beans too though lol why not, low calorie content!

Though after this cut I'm not going back to that bf level, or at least I'll try. No more than 60-70g carbs in a meal or beyond 800kcal.
