I would go 20 untill tenderness subsides and would run arimidex throughout cycle..I have no gyno or tenderness issues with arimidex but some need 10-20 mg of nolva with it..gyno will not develop overnight but if you feel itchiness or painfulness in your nipple area it's time to throw nolva in the mix..Originally Posted by afzalibrahim2011
