Not sure I'll get more lasering done. The main PT guy is going to discuss it more so we'll see. One odd thing though, left side of my quad on the same thigh was a bit tender. Looked in the mirror and it was discolored for about an 8" in length area from seemingly dissipating blood. I couldn't see it looking down as it's more to the side. Felt a bit painful though which is what made me look. PT seems to think I must have had some blood leakage. Possible from the PT's deep palpation the day before. Definitly surprised him and me as well.
One good thing I am healing quickly. He gave me the green light to start light smith squats (like 225) and see how they go. So, Thursday it's game on for this week then I'll have to rearrange my schedule again to add leg day back in. Yeah me. Going with a different schedule this time for a change of pace plus I need the extra day doing more volume lately. He said to do similar to what I've always done, ride the stationary bike for 5 minutes, extensions followed by light squats. No direct ham work other than the rehab stuff.
M-Chest n Bi's
T-Legs
W-Off
T-Shoulders n Tri's

Did back the night, had a good easy day at work so had plenty of nrg. Screamer of a session, right cbuffed the night like and no pain from the arm.
Low hammer row 2 working 1 drop
WG pd 1 working +rp DD
CG seated row 2 working DD. Cable
Db row face down on bench 1 working 1 drop
Rack pulls 2 working 1 drop
Db deads 2 wee light sets only 8ish 20kg felt like 50's
Straight arm pd's again 2 wee sets baby weight
Done and DONE!...
Yeah, if you're getting more blood dissipation it's leaky, as gravity probably did everything it was going to. That PT needs to not be aggressive with the fibers if you have fresh tears, he should know that. Probably thought he could get away with it because of the mass of your legs and age of the injury but should be hands off for now. Let those fibers heal, especially on the heals of stimulating the process with the dry needling. It's a very interesting mechanism that leads to advanced healing with the dry needling and I wish he wouldn't have mucked around with deep tissue but I'm sure it'll be fine.
I know you mentioned GH a while ago so that will help a lot as well.
Looking at your new split good to see you've joined the ranks of Monday being international chest day with the gun show to boot
Keep us posted on the leg routines and how the progress goes.
Remarkable
Update
None of you know this but I came off TRT just over 6 months ago due to some health issues I was/ am going through, these issues aren't related to my therapy even though I am under my haematologist due to high RBC's which is because for years I was only donating blood on and off due to my work schedule and this caused things to rise into the danger area which I am having treatment for. I run high anyway I'm just a blood making machine lol. I don't want to go into why I had to come off therapy but I came off and all I've had in just over 6 months is 250mgs of TU around 3 months ago, so in total 250mgs in just over 6 months.
I have been on Nebido for over 10 years and I usually run around 30nmol/l ( 866ng/dl ) with all rest of my bloods in range except for recent issues. I don't need any AI my E is within range and everything is good to go except the HCT etc due to the above issues.
Now, this is remarkable I had a blood test recently and they tested my hormones. I've not got the full details yet but you would think for a guy who's been on TRT for around 13yrs and had Test levels of a 85 year old man my T after over 6 months without any T except the slight 250mg I slotted in it would be on the floor. Well I am 17.5nmol/l ( 504ng/dl ) that's fuking remarkable, I asked my endo about this and he tells me not a lot of people know this but Nebido takes around 15-18months to fully dial in and to get up to levels were this type of therapy is unique. He thinks I metabolize T very slowly and the build up over the years I've been on this therapy it will take along time to fully get out of my system.
I was shocked because I feel sh1t and feel like I have zero T in me but I am in range, the range for me is 6 - 25.8 ( 173 - 743 ) and I am 504 after just over 6 months off except 250 3 months ago. I would of thought I would be around the 3-6 mark if that to be honest especially after what's been going on with other things..
Fuking excellent therapy in the long run wooow
Questions:
Did they pull any other hormone levels between the current one and 6 months ago?
Have they tested LH/FSH recently? I'd want to see what if any activity there is here. It's important to this equation.
If still zeroed out (LH/FSH) then it would back up the doctors claim regarding the slow metabolization of the 6 month old T/U.
If not and there is pituitary activity then it sheds doubt on this conjecture.
Without knowing these answers I'm skeptical about it but either way, it's remarkable.

I know this time around I doubt they have tested my LH/FSH but years ago when I was pre trt and during the first 3 yrs of trt they did and they was zero activity in the LH/FSH department mate. To be honest I think they don't know what to think of it because its not what is expected. My T before I came off was between 800-900 if I can remember right and it doesn't drop all that much over the 12 week period. I was on every 11 weeks but I was running to high so they put me on every 12 weeks now I think they are going to put me back on soon at 13 weeks. Longer the better because it will help with my other bloods but will get my other results tomorrow see what my hct is..I guess the numbers doesn't matter because I feel like sh1t at 500ish or is this in my mind?
I remember when he stopped my prescription due to my T being high so I had to go 16 weeks once withot an injection and he pulled bloods and I was still 900 mark at 16 weeks. It fuking shocked me lol

That is quite impressive Marcus. I'd still be very curious to verify this by testing those items before they put you back on T/U. It would answer all the questions and give some great insight for you AND your doctor. Not to mention us and all the guys we deal with here and in the TRT world.
Yeah I could try and see but the trt is the least of any worries and isn't a concern with issues going on, its just a procedure to see how the hormone panel is so they can make a decision if I can start up again. My level isn't a concern to other stuff going on but it was very interesting to me saying I feel so sh1t.
I'd say I feel lucky when it comes to hematocrit and TRT due to that genetic thing I have posing an hard limit there and amount of Test or even AAS will ever overcome it, HCT and Hb are always going to stay normal.
About range and feeling like crap I would either point to SHBG and also take the very slow release of TU into account, less is going to reach tissues as compared to shorter ester yet same total level, imo (purely speculative).
Morning fellas/ladies, awww man am in bits lol. Delts and traps the night, will give shoulder press a miss as my tri's are still very very fried.
Catch up the night.
Morning, gang. Up to my ass in alligators at work. Very busy. Legs tonight.
Oh yeah, woke up to the first nosebleed of the season today. Love the cool temps, but dry air fvcks me up.
There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Check out this chart on Nebido showing the slow build up of T levels, 1st chart is on the 1st injection and 2nd chart is 13th injection at 12 wk intervals. Now imagine this over my time period of time ive been on it and the smoothing effect Nebido as on the peaks and low range. You can see how someone who could possibly metabolizes T slowly the effect it would have on the balance of the two points. I can see from this that over time you could possibly lengthen the injection protocol due to rising T levels to keep them under control but what a remarkable compound over a long term period. I'd like to see in comparison TE at the same length with injections of every week, that would be interesting data

Your just an amazing responder to T... it’s all in the mind huh - you feel shit yet are still in the range of 504ng/dL fukin amazing! I’d love to see what Kel has asked as well about LH & FSH tbh
Glad things are on the up and up!![]()

Mornin all, legs feel great today hit them fairly hard yesterday with back squats and lunges. Watched Dorians blood and guts while I trained, that's how you're supposed to train by God lol
Not sure if I'm gonna train today or not it might be difficult to do back today after legs the way they feel, I might get arms in we shall say. Have an awesome day

Well this is odd. Just went and donated blood. My Hemo came in at 14.9 which is great. On June 22nd I donated and it was 15.1. Again just fine. Thing is I ran a low dose cycle of Test @ 400, Deca @ 250 with low dose var in the beginning to help heal my arm. Stopped the cycle about two weeks ago in prep for BW next month.
Strikes me as odd that after that run (albeit low dose) that my hemo came in slightly lower. Surprising to me, that's all.
I’m doing well, mate! Tbh I haven’t felt this good in a long time! I know I’ll have my ups and downs but so far by working the program and having my first session with a therapist today I know I have lots of work to do but for the first time ever I actually want to do the work! Im grateful for today and look forward to tomorrow
Yesterday I went and had an MRI on my spine(to check the discs) but that pain seems to have subsided greatly - also got one on my Shoulder I’m hoping that no screws backed out in between the joint so we shall see... even after a wk back in the gym my body is feeling much much better! It’s the extended time off and the drinking that was fukin with my head thinking I had more pain than I did tbh...
Thx for asking buddy![]()
Off to hit shoulders. Looking into a lateral approach for total knee, which may have a much quicker rehab time and spares the quad tendon from cut. No different outcomes for normal knees (if not valgus) other than early up front with less pain and more mobility. This seems of paramount importance because you can rehab and decrease atrophy and potential connective tissue injury due to prolonged inactivity and immobility but I don't see it detailed in the studies. Will consult and see. Still in a quandary on the weight issue. Makes sense to drop a bunch of weight first to see if I can avoid surgery so thinking I might shift from body recomp I am currently doing to a cutting routine last six weeks of go juice. Any thoughts on this? Test/NPP/TBol (ends in 2 days), will start some GH stimulating peptides this week. Was thinking I could spare muscle loss with what's on board and see if I can drop maybe 15lbs in next 6 wks with aggressive keto...
