BUN and Ck were tolerable. I do overproduce, but not at that rate. Not sure if overproduction is a byproduct of Leiden Factor V. They drew the normal amount of vacutainers at the Dr. office (no fingerstick involved) but had the results the next day. If they spun it out to separate the components, I'm guessing someone isn't very proficient with calipers or can't calculate ratios into a percentage. It puzzled me very much. I only showed my Dr. my total T, free T, and E2 from my labs I ordered prior to my Dr. appointment. Somehow when the phlebotomist at the LabCorp office drew my specimen for online labs, she didn't draw enough or someone dropped a vial, because it only came back w/ partial results. So then, I go to make another 45 minute drive to have more blood drawn for my total T, free T, and E2. Then for my Dr. appointment I dropped the ball and only grabbed the hormone results and left the CBC, CMP, ferritin, etc. at home. Total clusterfvck all the way around. I do plan to take the CBC from that test to my next appointment to show her the discrepancy.
But yes sir, I run rich in the RBC department. Prior to TRT and off cycle for years, my Hct was 52.8% if I recall correctly.
I do deal with polydipsia ( believe I spelled that correctly) and average about a gallon of unsweetened tea daily, 1-2 L of water minimum, and err....2 Pepsi Max.
