I haven’t found a gym that has one yet except in Cali SF at World Gym where I used to personal train

Just treat the smith as if it's a free weight squat and train the same, you'll be fine. Meaning don't get cute and radically alter foot positions and all that crap which can result in odd stress and another injury.

Right on - I kept everything the same and I have a lil wider stance(more PL Style & low bar but not as wide as a true PL stance) and everything felt like a regular squat just put my feet up a little so it felt normal chest up hips and arse back and was in a groov... was going to ask if it would be ok squatting on the smith!

    Thanks Kel!!
