For some reason I'm getting lazy and don't want to lift sometimes. Maybe it's because I'm still on PCT? It's been 4 weeks since I stopped the roids. Do any of you take time off lifting? When I take even 2 days off, I feel that my body is losing muscle and I feel unfit..lol...I've not really taken any times off lifting except the odd time when I'm too sick to work out, which only lasts a few days. Do you lift every day or workout one day, take day off, workout next day etc?
