Been lurking for the last couple of days before I joined... seems like a pretty stand up crew..

Living in Germany 19 years now.

Several cycles under my belt. Including GH and Peptides.

Currently off everything to give my body a break.. just a low dose clomid with Adex @ the moment.

Will be running a peptide cycle within the next week or so.
Hex 100-200mcg 2x per day with MoD and Mk677 in the evenings.

Dont claiming to be a guru, but I hold my own.

Done almost every damn gear except EQ, but some people are prone to anxiety on it and it raises mad red blood cells. My hematrocit are already high as it is and that was on a trt dose of pharma test. My doc even asked me if I take EPO cause of the high Red blood cells. I laugh cause he the one that prescribed me test lol... anyways decided to take a little break with gear.

Cutting at the moment so I lost quit a bit of weight. Went from 87 kilos to 78 kilos in 2 months with every day cardio, diet and training hard, but i am a short so I'm lucky for that one. In fact I have not taking a rest day in 2 weeks since I'm helping a friend getting ready for his competiton next weekend.. he is looking solid @ 7 percent BF.

Time for me to get on some type of cycle and gain back some weight. That's why I decided to go with peptides till my HTC levels go down a bit and then go back on a low dose test 250mgs a week

Here is my buddy at 2 weeks out... Kid has much potential and his diet is a little crazy right now. Something I can never do, but his coach got him on that plan..

He currently 72kilos and has to be 70kilos for the competition (Ibff amateur). 5'6 as well

Gracias Bro. We hit quads hard yesterday and we felt like passing out lol.. crazy he was going side by side with me with his precomp. Had to ease up cause I dont want him to get hurt.

I love doing legs. And I box squat twice a week. I have a herniated disc t7/t8. So box squats are easier on my back,let's me put more weight and easier on my knees...almost pushing 40!

Trying to get to at least 10 percent. I got pretty decent size quads and I like to see all the details at a lower body fat..

Alright. Goinf on a lil jog and enjoy this weather before it turns in to shit!

Appreciate the honesty. Been there many many times lol... the gear can get to us. Reason why I stay away from Tren. It's a big no no for me. No matter how good the stuff is...

About 1800 calories. No carbs for the last couple of weeks.. think he had some carbs some days ago, but only 100grams...
He has to weigh in 70kilos for competition.
He is definitely miserable due to the diet.

I had a lean bulk 190lbs @ 5'6 a couple a months ago on 250mgs on pharmacy test . I'm currently 175 lbs(clomid only) getting down to 10 percent.. I do not compete. I'm to mentally unstable for that.
