Taken the last two days off, as my left shoulder was still a bit weak so thought id best take a couple of days off completely, am also not going to do a push session until at least sat/sun... so a decent break for my shoulder.

I am up another 1kg (2.2lbs) as of this morning, as i mentioned on another post i started loosing weight so i decided to start tracking my macros again to be safe, at the moment i am doing 460C 230P 80F.

Today my food will look like this...
Meal 1: 2 Bagels w/ Natural pb & whey protein
Meal 2: Oats, Banana, Whey protein
Meal 3: Rice, Tofu, Brocolli
Meal 4: Pre workout - Coco Pops w/ Soy milk (Yes, I am a child. Cereal is the love of my life)
meal 5: Soy burgers, cous cous & veg
Meal 6: Whey protein, Soy milk, Banana & natural PB

Training pull this evening, I'm thinking..

Lat Pull Down
Close Grip Pull Downs
Low Pulls
Single Arm Machine Rows
Dumbell Curls
Preacher Curls
Lower Back Extensions

Everything I do is slow, controlled, heavy always full range of motion with a big stretch. Reps vary from 8-10. Sets 3-4, depending on how taxing the exercises are. Intensity always HAF.

Starting to feel things come together, obviously the tren has been scrapped due to it killing appetite, last shot of ace was done Monday and last shot of E was done last week Wednesday. so waiting for the ace to clear, personally dont think i will feel the E even so another week - 10 days that'll be gone.

Feel hard, vascular and have that consistent pumped feeling... Onwards and upwards from here.
