Fvck me #2 those adidas powerlift shoes put squats an a whole another level!
Squats are great not only for quads but whole leg development, even say whole body development. If you increase strength in squats the rest of body will follow. Go deep.
BTW, photos after doing legs are not very good, as the definition completely goes out the window. Nobody trains legs before competitions, most stop 2 weeks before.
Cool, didn't know that.
I haven't made any improvement, really. It's like the leg muscles are stiff and not activating properly, I was thinking now I got gym membership I might do some isolation work first and/or leg press so that to work my way up to squatting heavier, or just pre exhaust before approaching the squat rack with a weight that just won't tax CV more than anything.
nice work eduke...legs are huge brother, you look great...
Got a bad nose bleed last night, haven't had one like that since I was on drol. My hemoglobin was fine a couple weeks ago, guess it could've gone up that quick
Current cycle
Tren 600
Mast 600
Deca 600
Test 600
I usually don't ru more than around 200 on the test, doing a little spearminting
Got the vascularity going! I also noticed that you know how to take pics. The angle that you take pics makes a big difference.
Keep going Biz! Your looking good. Also remember you see yourself everyday and do not really notice the changes as much as someone else.

Well about the T3 while labs do dictate the need for adjustment in therapeutic dosages I do have noticed it makes my workouts far less effective, ie less stamina, a bit shaky and strength so flimsy so that I need to push much harder for same weight I have before, and mentally less focused and mellow.
Backing it down for the moment...considering very slow increase in T4 instead.
