Some of these questions are ridiculous!
I didn't realize I was such a circus lol! Apparently one serious post a week ain't enough to be taken seriously...

Shoudlers and cardio now. Almost gave it a miss but gave myself a slap instead.

Feeling great with how my fat loss has went. Look visably leaner standing normally.
93.8kg this morning. Nearing the 10kg lost mark

Nice light shoulder session with some pussy weights. Did barbell press for like the first time ever. Definetly a lot more pain in the shoulders and weaker then dumbells.

    40 mins cardio and abs.

Have one tab of ephedrine left. Thats depressing

Melatonin is pretty much useless after 3-5mg. No need to try to megadose it.

I have been using these for the past week and haven’t sleep this great in ages!

I find 10mg to be fantastic to induce strange dreams.

God, I am chopping and changing like there is no tomorrow with my training and nutrition.

I have been doing a push/pull split for the past 10 days and have decided its waaaay to taxing, my central nervous system is absolutely FRIED!

I am going back to my standard Pull (back/biceps), Push (chest, Shoulder, Triceps) and legs (quads, Hams, Calves & abs) split... Much more manageable.

Told you it didn't seem like a good idea to combine upper and lower body training. Chest and shoulders together do also sounds like too much work in one session. Why not a standard four days split?

It's doable but you'll have to cut yourself short on the number of exercises. You can make up for this by frequency. From all the times I've tried I felt just like you do, and when trying to make up with frequency it gets hard to cram in good exercises beyond my usual main lifts, even if it's just one additional exercise... Not a fan of two day splits!

Yeah, from a health/functional training perspective its great from a bodybuilding perspective i don't feel this split is sufficient, i don't like training shoulders on their own, seeing as i'm already doing chest using them as a secondary i like to smash them all out. I have done a standard BB split but wasn't a fan!

Yeah exactly, that was the plan but because it is so taxing doing this 6x per week would be an absolute killer, and i dont think the benefits would out way the negs, i feel its waaaaaay to catabolic especially with my pre training cardio.

Was fun, but will scrap this now! Stick with what i know works...

I like doing shoulders on there own. I can hit them hard wide, narrow all three heads in about 45 minutes. Like I have always said I am not a bodybuilder but would love to have a great physique, so I do things a bit different. Since I do workout 6 days a week I just hit one muscle group a day hard for 45 minutes to an hour. I will do 30 - 45 minutes cardio each of those days too.

Nice, my recovery time is usually about 48 hours so with a push, pull legs split i can hit everything 2x per week with a little less volume. Seems to work well for me.

Another option that works great for me is to train each muscle 1X week.

That's what I do starting with legs and working toward the smallest muscle and then core. Core and legs give my shoulders, elbows and wrists a break a couple times a week plus off day.

Few updates, feeling tighter. This is where I want to be, I feel healthy and can operate well at this BF level, before I was a tad too sloppy... not comfy at all. When I’m shredded I am a zombie, and I don’t see the point in being that lean as a rec user/lifter, I’d say this is beech ready... for me anyway.

Moving forward am going to do high and low days focused around training. Time to take advantage of theese drugs and pack on some lean mass!!

BTW I am 7lbs of fat down from the first pics of the comp.

I'd still say Clarky's is palest. Mine is a different kind of pale and the indoor lighting doesn't show it well. I'll try outdoor lol
