45 minutes HIIT alone, much less with low carbs is insane.
Try upping your intensity and lowering your time. What is your HR while doing HIIT?
Once again, everyone is different but 45 minutes of cardio (LI) was impeding the advancement of my legs. I changed to 20 minutes of HIIT and my legs started growing more.
I hope to hell that you are on cycle or you are losing a shitload of muscle. Naturally, it is difficult to get below 8%.
Once again, if you really are below 5%, then you are in the danger zone and should have a real professional help you. I am curious and would like to see a pic.
