It's honestly a dumb mistake and I can't believe my "buddy" didn't say anything other than "na i didnt use that you dont need it". I appreciate the help. so since I took the first injection should I stop completly until i get the hcg in? or continue at .75 and use the hcg when it comes in? I couldn't agree any more most these people in my area have no clue what they are doing (training or nutrition). The diet is from 4x ufc trainer of the year, its for weight loss/mma training (not bodybuilding) but Im defintely interested about changing some stuff with it and adding more in. I believe total calories i'm at is 3200 right now. I'll brake it up and post it macro break down. Honestly when i've done it before I just made sure micro levels were 100%
Like I said above you need to read the diet stickies, improve your diet, and take 12 or so weeks to prime your body, monitor how you react to the different level of nutrition. In the lieu time you will have the opportunity to get everything you need.

After that you could cycle. Waste of your own time and money to do it now in my opinion.
