- 300mg is only double a TRT dose and is not beneficial
- At 148lbs you are small, no disrespect to be meant. You need to gain more weight naturally before considering cycles. Steroids do not turn water to wine, they are not a substitute for proper nutrition and training. Being only 148lba is proof you haven't mastered eating yet.
- 3300 calories with no context is meaning less
- It doesn't really matter how much you gain ona cycle when the diet is not in check because it all goes out the window. In fact, most people who cycle with poor nutrition end up looking worse than before they used steroids because they just put on fat and water weight.
- The scale is very deceiving for tracking goals and success because it doesn't tell you where the weight comes from (fat, muscle, water). To answer your question though, 20 lbs of muscle in a cycle is never going to happen even if you had literally a bath tub full of Testosterone.
