Tren Cycle - Am I one of the lucky ones?

One new side effect, I got my 2nd bloody nose in the middle of the night. Granted I sleep with a fan blowing in my face all night so it probably dried the lining of my nose, but I got one last week while I was sitting on the couch. It was minor, but I never get them.

I check the BP yesterday and it was great: 121/80...

No idea what else it could be.
