    Shoulders -

Seated DB press 2 wu 2 working
    Seated Smith press 3 wo

    Smith upright row 2 working
Cable lateral negatives 2 per side

Rear delt machine 1 wu 2 wo

Shrugs BB 1 wu 3 wo

Situation in room was much better than yday, still did poorly initially at the DB presses so moved to smith to squeeze delts for good. Upright rows done at smith feel good too. Finished in a pool of sweat, which also is good. Arms tomorrow.

Mr Smith is going to Robb you of ancillary muscle development.

In a Smith, I can get close to 400 up on flat bench, on real flat bench I did my all time pr of 325 1rm @ 165 lbs.

    Say no to the Smith

That's the advantage of Mr. Smith actually, to isolate load on target muscles. What's important is not to abuse it but it's a valuable piece of equip for the bodybuilder.

I don't normally shoulder press on the smith, but f.ex since today I performed bad at DB presses, I used the smith to save the day, but wouldn't have otherwise.

    Ah ok, I hear that.

I use it from time to time. It has it's place, as you said. Not to be abused though.

I guess from a pure bodybuilding standpoint, it's better actually. Pump up a muscle.

Lately I've become more powerlifty 1 lift specialized

Been doing this for the week
Mon- chest - 10 sets Db bench
    10 sets flat BB bench
    5 sets incline bb bench
    7 sets decline bb bench
Tues - back - 5 sets center pull down
    5 sets wide pull down
    10 sets t-bar row
    10 sets seated row
Wed - chest- repeat of above but no incline, 13 sets of decline instead

Thursday- shoulders- 5 sets seated military press
    5 sets Db press
    5 sets cable side lateral
    5 sets front lateral
    10 sets dips
    Friday- chest- same as Monday
Saturday-triceps and shoulder , same as Thursday, but add rope pull down 10 sets and tricep press machine 5 sets to fail
    Sunday quick 9 set chest.

Got a good chest and tri workout in, then 25 mins elliptical. Never got under 50% incline, or 25% resistance. Did kinda a mix of liss and hiit. Definitely lost some water...lol
Definitely looks like a good workout!

Powerlifting style training is fun! I have done a few variations over the past two years.

You're killin' it Hammer... Normally I'd say "Keep up the good work"... but with all that heat, I really think you deserve to go eat some donuts.
