No gym today, went out for a brief walk and that had me exhausted, my energy levels are falling of lately, need a fix.
Taking pics tomorrow morning hopefully.
About 300g C, 200 P and 110 F. Two mains meals and smaller ones in between. Carbs from oats rice potates and some fruits. Proteins is mostly from chicken or beef, eggs, milk whey and some cheese. Fat includes mayo and olive oil dressing. I also eat dark chocolate as a staple.
I upped my T4 recently and was doing great but I guess some other factor is weighting it out, I'm a mess when it comes to endocrine functioning. Could be the heat alone, my cortisol levels crash towards bottom of range in summer as a physiologic response to hot temps.
I think PB is trying to keep you guys on track! Lol

Wth was the name of that uber famous forum guy that disappeared, supposedly faked his death. You downloaded most of his recipies and major articles before his forum closed?
