I missed this in the middle of the other ones. Do you take any other supplements for your Hashimoto’s? Like selenium, magnesium, thiamine, etc?

My whole list of supps includes B complex, C 500mg, D 2500IU, B12 methyl tabs or injectable, Fish oil, Iron bysglicinate 20mg 3x weekly.

Used to take selenomethionine from Nature's Way, still have an unopened bottle, never felt a difference with it.

Some of supps like magnesium and Zinc I don't do well with. Iron I need it cause levels would otherwise fall friggin low. B12 used to be low from cyanocobalamin only supplementation, but either methyl tabs or parental cyano work well.

If you fancy to know, I'm on TRT and I also take cabergoline due to high prolactin. My protocol also consist of a progestin (Tren) which appears to help with the inflammation, I guess due to estrogen balancing aspect of progesterone agonism and immune modulation from the androgen.

    Cuz,
Do you take Caber as part of your regular TRT? Is there any problem with taking it with TRT? Mine is high.
