Its highly addictive and the withdrawals are extremely bad. Doctors in the UK have been told tighten restrictions and seek alternatives due to the issues surrounding it. You don't take low dose tram for premature ejaculation issues imho but knock yourself out .

Well, as I mentioned earlier, I don't have this issue (premature ejac.). I've used Tramadol quite a bit (for gout) since moving to Ireland and I've never had an issue with the drug. I find it to be much less addicting and much less pleasurable than the opioids I was prescribed while living in the US. If given the choice between ibuprofen + codeine or tramadol, I'm taking the tramadol. Nsaids are killers.

That being said, there is no such thing as a safe drug. I don't want to give the impression that I'm here to promote the use of any drug; for any reason. The OP, and those who would venture into this thread are already looking for a pharmaceutical product in Cialis. Worse yet, they're looking for ugl cialis, and who knows what you might get when you buy that.

I've never asked my Dr, but I'm sure it wouldn't be very difficult to be prescribed Cialis for ED, I highly doubt any Dr would ask you to prove that you have it. I only mentioned Tramadol because of my experience with it, and PE is one of the things it is prescribed for.
