    Well the weight gain stopped, not quite sure what did it. Judging my vasularity and pumps id bet its legit, but eh what the hell do i know.. lmao

    So im taking everyones advice and using test as a base, even if this anavar is "weak" you realize just how powerful these compounds are and they need to be treated with respect.

    Anyone who reads this and think anavar is "weak" dont believe it.. these substances sre powerful people..

    Gaining 10 lbs on Anavar in 6 days is the equivalent of trying to say I am going to start a fire underwater with a candle.

    Vascularity and pumps are common with almost every steroid because they increase blood flow and blood pressure.

    I'm not trying to take away from the gains you've had so far and your progress. But you need to realize that you didn't get anavar.

    You are obviously very new to this world, and everyone starts from the beginning. Before cycling again, you need to invest a lot more time into education so you don't endanger your health or waste your time+money.

    You should read all the educational threads, multiple times. The most important of which is nutrition - if you aren't 110% optimizes in eating you are going to look worse than where you started before gear 4-8 weeks after the cycle ends.

    I always challenge everyone to post their diet up for review and improvement. The reality is 99% of people don't know how to feed their body, which is completely different than eating.

    Guess i should get it tested, do you have a link for a good lab in canada?

    I think im good on nutrition i cant grab a junkfood food snack without making sure i balance the sat fat with mono and poly, then the sodium with potassium and calcium lol.. for me i can hit my taget weights around with about 13% bf from 170 to 190 i fluxuate on the regular becuase i change diets often, its a hobby of mine. My reason for roids is because im tired of losing muscle on cuts, and i figured i could do some gains and cut at the same time.

    But regarding the juice youre absolutly correct.

    Like I said before, 99% of people don't feed their bodies properly - And in my experience people too afraid to post their meal plan just prove my point even further.

    Not trying to call you out in a disrespectful way - trying to make you realize you would have literally wasted your time and money with suboptimal nutrition.

    If you think your eating is fine then post it and prove me wrong.

    Well till i start test im eating high fat to keep my hormones up, assisted by cas protein 3x double scoop. Before bed, wake up and mid day to keep my nitrogen up. But i think with test ill up my protein with whey post workout and carbload pre workout.

    Normally ill use 3200 for bulking and 2200 to 1700 cutting. But this will change on test im sure.

    Thinking about going with 3200 for my first few weeks, giving my liver time to detox before i restart my var. Then seeing how things are going on aas pick my cals to cut.

    This is evidence you don't know what you are doing when it comes to nutrition.

    If you don't want to take my advice that's your perogative, but don't whine and cry when you lose all of your gains coming off the cycle.

    If I had to guess from this comment alone your diet is probably 3 / 10 at best, being generous.

    Im not looking to gain past what i do natty, i want make what i do natty easy, and be able to cut without losing 15 lbs and getting weak

    250 test a week
    250 hcg every 3.5 day
    25mg proviron

    Nolva and clomide on hand.
