the var alone is going to run you around 350.00 for 200 tabs. i did them at 30mgs aday with great results. i bumped up to 40 for a few weks with no difference. stick to 30mg per day and you'll run it a litle longer. i also prefer test enathate over cypionate. they are almost exactly the same but i feel less water with the enathate.
