Thanks, but not much of a difference, the love handles from the back shrunk, that's pretty much it.
GHR is awesome, a hundred times better than leg curls. It's also used to strengthen the muscles fibers and ligaments at very high rep ranges by sprinters. Wish there was something like this for all muscle groups.
