What's up guys just got back from vacation with my family and was happy to see all the feedback from you guys! I appreciate all the feedback guys and girls (PbDC) you guys are great and I've learned something from every one of you. Even you Username lol.

Yeah I could prob achieve this physique naturally as I'm not very big, but certainly not in 14 months! I'm not getting any younger and I want to get into competing so the gear is speeding up the process for me. It may have taken me several years to get to where I am now. Keep in mind my levels were very low for a 35 year old so without at least trt I'm unsure of how much muscle I would be able to build, but it's not only about the size but also muscle maturity and separation which I work on heavily with lots of volume training.

I'm still learning how to pose properly as I'm finding out the hard way just how MUCH of a difference proper posing can make. These pics were taken only a few days after but with proper posing technique and the difference is notable!

I'm not sure where you're at on your road Username but as others have said, this board is meant to be a positive platform for us learn from each other and help each other achieve our goals. Your question was fair, though....not sure what your intent was so let's just assume you were genuinely wondering...And truth is I've been working very hard for these past 14 months WITH gear so to be perfectly honest, with my genetics (thank you PbDC) at my age and with my natty levels, progress would likely be far behind where I'm currently at.

I am lacking overall size as I mentioned in the prog update as I'm aware of that. Now that I'm back from vaca I plan on focusing on bulking and putting on some real size. Now that I have a decent base I won't mind putting on some body fat to be able to make some decent size gains. Before my abs were developed I would always get discouraged the minute I'd start putting on bf and couldn't see my abs...I'd go back and forth "ok I'm too small gotta bulk"... then start bulking and then I'd feel "ok I'm looking too smooth and soft gotta lean out" lol so I'd kinda go back and forth! Not sure how many people can relate to that type of thinking lol...

But it comes from a lack of understanding my macros and not having those numbers on point. I think once I know exactly what my macros should be (yes, I still don't have a firm grasp on that TBH) and I'm hitting them daily, then I can trust the process and expect a little body fat but I'll have confidence in the fact that I'm not going too far with cals and not going to put on too much bf. Don't get me wrong, I have weighed my food before and have a general idea of the numbers but it's not precise, and that needs to get dialed in now if I expect to put on a lot more mass. And I also eat a very healthy diet rich in nutrients and void or refined carbohydrates. In other words I know what I'm doing BUT I need help from a pro or a REAL coach (some of you know what I'm referring to lol) that can help me get to the next level. I've started EQ and Primo on top of minimal test to begin a bulking phase so in the coming months I expect to lose my abs a bit (which have only recently been fully visible) and put on some real size. It really is a mind game in many respects! I'll be hitting up the diet and nutrition sections to pick your brain's on that subject as I still have a lot to learn.

For me this is all about being honest and vulnerable to expose weaknesses as that is the only way we get better! For those of you that understand the vulnerability aspect of posting pics of our physique's for constructive criticism I appreciate your consideration of that fact. I always try to keep that in mind when giving feedback to people. Big ego's are def a part of body building, but we have to put them aside when trying to get better and help others get better IMO. Much love to everyone who has supported me on this journey as in many ways it is only beginning!
