I don't think I'll do a cut like this again though. The low carbs mess with my head and I get forgetful, mostly because I'm more tired. Pretty much 2 of 3 nights I have my last meal, quark in the blender, sip it down in 5 min, lay down on my bed surfing with the tablet on my chest and fall asleep this way, glasses on lol. I am going to petition to increase the amount of hours each day has so I can get some free time and more sleep.
I think for next cut/prime I'll just change one thing from the bulking diet, cut out the grains in meal 2,3 and 4 in the low carb days. This should reduce carbs by about half. IMO I have years before I have built enough to compete in bbing so until then... For now I'm happy if I eventualy get full abs, although not this time around, less than a week left and the bottom of my abs still have a layer of fat, I lost mostly fat on my obliques, love handles, arms, chest. Also 6 week primes not 4. Slow and steady without having to go to the gym being already exhausted.
I have a new training cycle, it's killer. Will post later.
