I like.the use of a deflated football for getting used to keeping the arch. That particularly gives me problems. Getting my feet back behind my knees for leg drive has always an issue, but I can get them roughly @ the orientation she has hers.

There are 3 loves in my life: my wife, my English mastiffs, and my weightlifting....Man, my wife gets really pissed when I get the 3 confused...

Same here. I tore my right spinal erector ages ago just before my heart tried to shoot the crapper, so it never really healed properly. Add tight hamstrings to that (small tear in the right one recently), and a tear among the right vastus lateralis during hacks a few years back (damn thing sounded like a
7-08 went off in my head) and my lower drivetrain mobility is ....piss poor.
Deep tissue massages and scrapings by my chiro have helped a lot, but the chiro and the massage therapist say the same thing about yoga. GGR posted up some stuff in the Dungeon thread that I need to try.

My chiro i just found trained bb's for comp.
He said I will have the range of motion of a dog if I dont take yoga, by the time I am 40.
I already cant reach in the center console of a vehicle and many other normal things.
My goal is to be able to sit indian style which I have never in my life been able to do. That and put my ankle on my knee. My final lumbar disc is screwed. It slips out and I collapse. Luckily gear and lfting has all but stopped it.
Me neither on the sitting Indian style. I was fairly flexible decades ago ( 70s and early 80s) but not anymore. Blows my mind when I see how people sit in a "lotus" position with their heels up against their pelvis.
Reaching across to the center console is a no go too.
