It's always fun to see your kids do great! 6th grade volleyball got SMOKED this morning. My kid is currently playing the "everyone else made us lose" game. She's full of crap, they all uniformity sucked but I'm letting her vent.... But honestly, it's 10-12 yr olds it shouldn't be a life moment. Girls confuse me.

High school football at 1 where they get to play at a legit college stadium. My oldest daughter is in the band.... Yeah yeah yeah.... I still have to go.

Tonight is SUPPOSED to be my cheat night but the world is conspiring against me... The kids want chili and grilled cheese for the "epic sleep over" event we're hosting tonight. I may as well eat well.

No gym today, but I did 30 mins of non-aggressive walking early this morning. I'm counting that as cardio. Thank God the heat seems to be over, beautiful and 65° currently.

Cycle update: the only time I ever did Mast before, I had to pee all night... This round I started a small dose (5mg) of daily generic tadalafil.... So much better.

Weight update: my recent vacation seems to have netted about 5 extra pounds.... I'm still thinking it was worth it.

LOL, the wife is still marching around the house with her Clemson colors on. After her father did his stint in the Air Force, he got his degree from Clemson. She and her father were real close.and always went to the home games. He had season tickets @ a decent location. 7 rows back @ the 40 yard line.
Even after her Dad passed we continued to buy the season tickets until they did the last stadium upgrade. They priced the tickets out of this poor man's comfort zone. I never went anyway, we would just buy the tickets and her siblings would buy their.tickets from us.
LOL, it's always fun when they play Alabama. Lived there when I was younger, so I always pull for.them to aggravate Mrs. AG.

Hey Cape- I was officiating a football game and the umpire brought it to my attention that when I was spotting the ball, my feet were at a 45 degree angle. They were supposed to be straight.
I was laughing inside and also blaming the Cape on his posing critics to “ get the sweep”. I got the sweep, I just didn’t get the spot very good. It’s kinda hard to know where the ball should go. LOL
