Wow. That’s extreamly detailed. That’s cool. I couldn’t function on that low of carbs every da. But I have a physical job as well. The cycling helped me cut a good bit of weight. And I could set my workouts accordingly like having legs on the high carb day and arms on zero carb day. So I wasn’t depleting myself.
Out of curiosity, can you give me an idea of how your week worked? Like did you have 2 high carb days, 3 low carb days, and two no-carb days? And on your no-carb days, did you eat vegetables like broccoli or anything?
