    Out of curiosity, can you give me an idea of how your week worked? Like did you have 2 high carb days, 3 low carb days, and two no-carb days? And on your no-carb days, did you eat vegetables like broccoli or anything?

    If I remember it was zero low low medium high.

    Back in Black is a wonder with it. Or was when he was helping me. The zero days were brutal on me
