Leg day #2 today. Legs weren’t a big fan but had a great workout despite the existing soreness. Friend came and trained with me.
Giant set 1:
12 mins - as many rounds as possible
Machine Leg press 195x15
Single leg deadlifts 45x8
Plank 30 secs
Rest 1 min
** made it 4 rounds
Giant set 2:
12 mins - as many rounds as possible
Kneeling squats with hip circle 210x10
Jump squats 8
Alt lunges 10
Banded lateral squat walks 10
1 min rest
**made it 5 rounds
Superset
12 mins - as many rounds as possible
Lying Leg curls 70x8
Leg curls 100x12
Calf raises 12
Plank 30 secs
*no rests*
6 rounds
No cardio well besides these workouts! They keep my heart rate up and me breathing hard! Lol
Edit: side note- I am having some ridiculous back cramps in my mid back. Gotta get in some potassium and up my taurine.
