I would drop your AI and use 500 mg DIM ed instead. Ive tried with 500 mg Omna and surprisingly it work.
AI is bad news for cholestrol and should be used only if needed.

What type of Vit C. I should be liposomal when going so high. Mostly waisted if not.

I also would add a glas of beetrootjuice every morning to reduce BP. Its the very best method there is.
And possible grapefruitjuice to combat elevated hct.

Couple of pubmeds say so. And i have seen it written a couple of other places. And we had discussions on it before.
But how?...Bonaparte said it only may stop clotting but those pubmeds actually said guys went from 55 to 49 within months.
