The mental part is hard, not being able to go in and leave all in the gym.......walking out satisfied ......knowing you kicked ass. Maybe I have to find a new way to get that feeling out of it, lots of cardio, get real cut so I have something visual since I cant be as big as I was. I think thats it, Ill just get ripped and in shape. It will help with riding anyways and thats the activity I really want to focus on now. First, get my diet straight. Man Cape your good at what you do!
