Arm day, like some of you. I've been reading Cape and Bio's talk about pre workout carbs so i tried splitting my daily carbs up and had a cup of oats in my pre-workout shake, ate the rest post-workout... I usually get a pretty good pump in my arms, so it's hard to tell a difference, but I'll keep it up for a while.

Close grip bench (Smith machine)
Dips
Cable kick backs
Machine curls
BB 21's
Standing DB curls
Spider curls
Hammer curls
