What do you weigh?
What are you eating?
I started at around 245 @ ~17% bf.
8 AM - Egg/sausage x 2 with wheat bread in the morning
10:30 AM - Protein bar
12:00 PM - Turkey/ham sandwich (big sandwhich with a lot of meat, whole grain bread)/ Chilli with a lot of meat / goulash with rice, beans, broccoli and ground red meat (low fat).
2:30 PM - Snack/protein bar
5:30 PM - Chicken/mash potatoes/salad/big burger no fries.
7:30 PM - Protein shake
10:00 PM - can of tuna/ teaspoon of lowfat mayo with cucumbers + tomatoes + walnuts / sometimes some bread.
Now I'm about 85% committed to this "diet" but I sometimes sneak in an extra snack or eat a few crackers, whatever.
Scheduled BW Monday - kinda curious, kinda nervous.

Only geting about 6:30-7 hours of solid sleep tbh except weekends when I get around 8.
