    Just ordered a blood test. I hope to be able to get it done tomorrow morning before work. Tomorrow is also my injection day so I will do it before I inject.

    I started at around 245 @ ~17% bf.

    8 AM - Egg/sausage x 2 with wheat bread in the morning
    10:30 AM - Protein bar
    12:00 PM - Turkey/ham sandwich (big sandwhich with a lot of meat, whole grain bread)/ Chilli with a lot of meat / goulash with rice, beans, broccoli and ground red meat (low fat).
    2:30 PM - Snack/protein bar
    5:30 PM - Chicken/mash potatoes/salad/big burger no fries.
    7:30 PM - Protein shake
    10:00 PM - can of tuna/ teaspoon of lowfat mayo with cucumbers + tomatoes + walnuts / sometimes some bread.

    Now I'm about 85% committed to this "diet" but I sometimes sneak in an extra snack or eat a few crackers, whatever.



    Scheduled BW Monday - kinda curious, kinda nervous.

    Maybe you just need to up the gear at this point. They say the doses are weight dependant...

    Yeah this might be the case. Kinda why I went up from 350 to 400 - but tomorrow morning I'm pinning 300 sust 200 cyp. Trying to compensate the sust since pretty much 1/4 of the sust is short acting test that is in and out in a few days.

    Maybe it's time for the 750 mark plus another compound?

    Only geting about 6:30-7 hours of solid sleep tbh except weekends when I get around 8.
