    I am doing a mini cut at the moment but unfortunatly I have this when I'm lean too always had it since I was 15 and was never over weight growing up

    Yes I had natural hard lump gyno and my brother was like that from a young age.
    His was more fatty where mine was knots.
    I would say you just have a tendancy for estrogen and fat to react that way. I would try lowerng bodyfat.

    If you ever do cyle you will most definitely want an AI and possibly nolva on cycle. Definitely drop the bf before cycling though

    Yes mate i most definatly will, the plan is to either get surgery to remove which will cost £3500 or just create a big as fuck chest around it to take attention away

    If its there when your lean, its probably gyno. You not having a lump is probably because its puberty related gyno.
    A good gyno doc could take care of that easily. If it bothers you that bad, have it fixed. Usually runs about $6500 USD
