No mate to be honest I never went to the doctors about it, when i was that age and 9stone I didn't like taking my top off anyway so just didnt really bother me and I never looked at it too much, but obviously now I'm looking at myself all the time and it bothers me now lol

You can bust ass and get a 50" chest so it stretches it tight and the muscle will hide it.

I wouldn't be self concious about it.
My brother was like that from 12 on.
He was the toughest man I ever met until he got into drugs and messed up his compass. A little bodyfat in a strange place doesn't mean a thing in regards to the man wearing it. We all tend to accumulate fat in genetically predispositioned areas.

He also slept with more dimes than any guy I know.

I'm not self conscious about it i just hate looking at it haha obviously I dont have the worst case of it but its enough to fuck me up haha, unfortunatly it costs thousands to get it cut out
