Always use test only the first time.

Always us as little as possible.

First cycle should also be used to find out how your body handles extra test. If it converts a lot f.i. Adding anavar complicates this prosess.

Agree with this. You can get great gains on 350-375 test for first cycle. Just make sure you have an AI and a good pct protocol after to keep them.

I would not add anavar, as mild as it is until you understand your body better
