    no gains after 4wks.

    I'm on my fourth week of the following cycle:

    400mg per wk. EQ-Tokyo -Batch 001B
    500mg per wk.Enanthate-QV -Batch 013
    Proviron-50mg per day
    Propecia-1mg per day

    I haven't seen any sizable gains, maybe 2lbs of muscle, and very little strength gain. My diet is good (plenty of protein and good calories)and workout routine is good,(5x's per wk.) and the roids seemed totally legit, so not sure what I'm doing wrong. Should this stuff take this long to kick in?

    Let me know your thoughts?

    They had all the right markings. Hologram was legit. It better be cause my ass is killing me right now.

    Off the top of my head id say dodgy gear but give it another week to kick in although it should have started all ready. good luck bro

    You should have already experienced some gains. The gear hasnt kicked in fully yet though. How is your diet and training been?

    Diet is good right now. I screwed up a few times over the holidays, but I'm definitely taking in enough protein and eating well.

    Is this your 1st time using AS.... if not how did you respond to AS the last time?

    How much protein are you absorbing each day ?

    Can you tell more about what you eat each day and when ???

    I'm following mudman's diet more or less:

    Meal 1
    10 to 12 egg whites w/salsa
    1 to 1 1/2 cup of oats w/table spoon natural peanut butter
    1 cup coffee

    Meal 2
    2 chicken breasts
    1 yam
    1 cup green veggies

    Meal 3
    2 chicken breast
    1 cup green veggies

    Meal 4
    1 chicken breast
    3/4 Cup oats

    Meal 5 (Pre Workout)
    40g Protein Shake

    Meal 6 (Post workout)
    40g Protein Shake w/3 Table Spoons of Honey

    Meal 7 (Post Post workout)
    12 egg whites w/salsa
    1 1/2 cup oats w/1 - Table Spoon of Honey

    Meal 8
    2 to 3 Chicken Breasts w/ Salsa

    Meal 9
    40g Protein Shake w/Flax Seed Oil or 10 egg whites

    Meal 10 - 2am (I usually wake up hungry every night at this time - This is optional)
    40g Protein Shake w/Flax Seed Oil

    This is the 2nd time. The last time (2yrs ago) I was using sustanon, primoboloan and primoteston and it did take a while to kick in though I'm don't recall how much time. I also didn't know what I was doing on that cycle.

    You may not respond like some others do to AS......... You might want to try upping your calories a bit to help in the weight gain because you should have at least seen a gain from the increase calories when starting your cycle.

    It takes a little while for those to kick in in some people. In my case it takes 3 to 4 weaks before I start noticable gains. after that it goes pretty well.

    oh yeah. It also depends on haw much fat you have. If you need to lose a little fat sometimes the gains are not noticable because you are dropping B.F.

    eq and test e can take 5-6 weeks to kick in...eq didnt kick in for me till about week 6..if you say your diet and training are in check and your gear is legit just wait another week or 2...everybody responds differently to aas and it may take a longer time for it to kick in for you...

    Not a slam that diet alone should be kick'n the weight up.How is your training?

    Well I started off eating that diet and I seemed to be gaining too much in waist line,( I also ate too many sweets during the holidays) so I cut back to 8 meals a day. I substitute fish or lean ham for chicken sometimes.

    I workout 5x's per week, an hour per day. 4 days I lift, 1 day I do moderate cardio.

    You diet looks good.. maby change a chicken meal to something else.. you only eat chicken and eggs..

    I through in lean ground beef and fish also a few times a week..... when that diet was posted it was just supposed to be used as reference.

    try to eat something else.. change the chicken.. (maby your body don't like chicken)

    About 3-5 sets per muscle group and 8-12 reps...That's another thing- My strength gain has been very little. I'm only lifting another 10-20lbs added on to my usual.

    Looking at that cycle going up 10 - 20 pounds after 4 weeks sounds good to me. I think the weight gain may soon follow

    Test took 6 weeks for me to feel gains.
    Give it time.4 weeks is not a long time to see exploding strength and weight gain. Were you expecting 5 lbs in the first week? It doesnt work like that. I doubt you started that diet on day one and stuck to it. You cant dramatically eat that much all of a sudden.

    good advice sorken i have to agree. Some react to gear and explode with huge results on mild cycles others dont . !0 pounds of muscle is a good gain for 7 weeks in.
