IF you want to shed some water weight quick, go no carbs for 3 days straight. the meals that you used to have protein and carbs, have protein and asparagus (yes it HAS to be Asparagus, not green beans or broccoli or some other greens). add an otc herbal diuretic like Black Stone Labs Expel and a bit of caffeine.
simple but effective.
