    I understand what you are saying ... but I consume most of my food from protein powder sources as I’m a vegan and I’m doing just fine man .

    Hey if it’s workin for you keep up the good work. Your avatar shows that it is so I stand corrected. Personally I’ve seen much better muscle growth since I’ve cut my drinks out and just ate more meat. My girlfriend is wanting to go completely vegan. She competes in physique. Would you mind posting or pming me a good powder or site that I could use to get her going in the direction she wants? She can’t handle whey protein. Messes her up bad. Sorry about hijacking this thread but it would mean a lot to her

    I hear you bro.... believe me I’m very picky and make sure I research the quality and full amino profile...
    the ones I use have the full amino profile ... the 3 BCAAs and the 8 EAAS plus more aminos
