And you have had the thread to follow as perfect a first cycle as you can get but you want to change it. That’s your prerogative but the more you try and change the less help you are likely to get. You have gone from an oral to tren for a first cycle in no time at all.

Oh, and you know if I was patronising you. I’m trying to steer you in the right direction.

BTW, you look much better that most people who start cycles so your diet clearly works for you. Often 20% of my protein intake is from shakes. It is what it is - if I had time and energy to reduce that I would (and have) made the change.
