Ok I need to address this issue 'cose it's bugging me.
Once I am cycling and all is in checked meaning diet + training and knowing this will last for weeks, am I allowed to transgress the diet once a week like let's say if am invited out for a pizza (usually not just one piece of pizza but a medium size + 1 or 2 beers or water but then a dessert alongside) would that damage seriously any efforts put in ? We talking like you know 2000 possibly 3000 unnecessarily calories here.
What's your thought guys about this ? Is anyone suffering from this when cycling properly ? Do I have to restrain any pleasure then ? I think it's a serious mental issue that needs being addressed so guys am all ears please.
