    It is normal but won’t be normal after AAS use. So donating right now will help him to create a more solid blood base.
    Also people receiving the donation will be very happy about it.

    I gave blood now for the first time in my life. It was a very bad feeling. As soon as I finished the donation as soon as I sat down, my head was spinning and I felt like I was missing. Is it happening to you too?

    Yes, that is possible and happens to many people, not to me though.
    That is why I recommended drinking a lot of water before you do it. Eating a good meal helps also.
    Don’t worry you’ll feel much better soon!
