Hey there I am currently taking

Test e 250mg every 3.5 days
Arimidex .25 eod
250iu hcg every 3.5 days

I have been having a pressure headache by my left eye and I had a wicked nose bleed today that gushed for about 20-30 minutes had my BP checked and it was fine. Even better than when I am not on cycle. It’s only day 8

You started adex before you had enough super physiological estrogn that needed supressed.
You crashed your e2 more than likely.

Take some midol back off the dex till day 14.

I'm just taking a well educated shot in the dark.

you should begin feeling like a beast. strong, full, vigorous, and healthy... but like couch said, starting an AI from day one of your cycle is not recommended and generally causes more negative side effects and ill feelings then Test by itself ever would


but as for the headache and nose bleed.. I'm sure you got those before having ever been on test. so there may not be a direct relation, as your only 8 days into your cycle

I am not prone to head aches or nose bleeds that why I asked I haven’t had a head ache in like I dunno 8 or nine months. And I’ve never had a nosebleed that wasn’t caused by being punched or the time I cut the inside

Ty I’ll try this and cut back on the Adex.
